Have you ever wonder?

Have you ever found yourself sitting by a window and outside was pouring rain? Have you ever sat by the beach and your mind just wonders off to who knows where? I Have! Matter of fact, numerous times! My mind would either drift to the past or the future. I’m sure yours has as well. It’ll have you thinking of everything you wish you could’ve done differently in the past or everything that you wish to do in the near or far future. Now let me ask, if you could’ve gone back and change something in the past would you?
Now I know what you’re thinking: “What? She found an opportunity to change something about her past and won’t take advantage of it?”
Trust me, I know. I’m as shocked as you are. But follow me, let’s say that you change that one thing that you felt was a mistake. Turns out, that one thing you decided to change, changed your whole life and turns you into someone you never expected to be or despise. Now what? You’ll automatically be filled with regrets. You’ll want to go back but can’t. I spent days thinking about this, but I came to a realization that the choices I made in the past are what made me who I am today. Regardless of how broken-hearted it made me or the many tears that I’ve lost, I wouldn’t change a thing. Whatever happened it the past, happened for a reason. I believe that this is going to lead me to where I’m truly meant to be. Not where I want to be but where I need to be. That’s one of the reasons why I believe that whatever or whoever was made for you, will find you.
Of course I believe in destiny but I also believe that you create your own path. That path of yours is what’s going to lead you to your destiny. Life has many ways of testing a person’s will: either by NOT having anything happen to them at all or by having everything happen in their life all at once. So my suggestion to you friends: is to take whatever that has been given to you and learn from it.
Life is full of surprises! Some are good and some are bad. From my experience, the bad ones never seems to get easier. Eventually, you’ll learn to accept it, gain knowledge from it, and move on from it. That’s what life is!
It‘s inevitable.
